How to Setup Google Sheets with your Logbook

Step 1

Sign in to your Google Drive account, or create a new account (free).

Step 2

Upload your Excel Pilot Logbook to Google Drive. Click “New” then “File upload”

Step 3

Right click on the file (once it has uploaded) and click “Open with…” then “Google Sheets”

Step 4

Done! Modify the View/Zoom settings as required.

Step 5 – Mobile / iPad

Download the “Sheets” app (Google Sheets) from the App Store or Google Play to access the same file (sync’d) on your mobile or iPad.

Of course using Google Sheets is completely optional. Our spreadsheets will work fine on your computer without it. You only need Google Sheets if you want to access it on your devices / in any web browser.
