The fast way
For support, we use Intercom where we can see all your data and your site status. If you use Intercom to reach us, you’ll receive help faster. (0-5 hours)
So how do you send us a message via Intercom?
It’s really easy, all you have to do is click the blue message icon in the bottom right hand corner.
After you click on the icon, our support chat window will appear.
You’ll literally chat with us. Since we can see all of your data through Intercom, the troubleshooting process will be much faster than via email.
Messaging us via Intercom chat is very easy and fast.
The slow way
If you prefer to contact us via email, despite all the benefits of using our integrated support chat, you can reach us at [email protected] Please note that answering emails might take up to 24-48 hours. So if your issue is urgent, we recommend using the built-in Live Chat.
